When you first install the VolumeLock application on your computer, it will be set to run as a hidden application. This means that if you want to prevent other applications from installing or running, you will need to enter a series of instructions. You will be prompted to do this every time you want to install or remove a program. You can learn more about how to do this in the guide that I provide below. Otherwise, if you prefer to bypass these instructions, you can do so by accessing the application's manual.
The first step that you will need to do is select the right-click option. You will need to access the right-click menu and click "Properties". Then, you will need to find the option that says "set the location of program files". This option is located in the bottom left corner of the window. Click on it and locate the folder of the application in which you want to set the location of. Once you have found the folder, click "OK" and continue.
The next step will require you to go back into the application's options window. You will need to click on the "Change" option at the bottom of the window. The change that you will need to make will depend on what version of Windows you are using. If you are using the "Windows Vista", you will need to set the version number to the value that you have chosen previously. This number will then be displayed below the "Version" field in the "Preferences" window. The next step will require you to choose the version that you would like to use by clicking on the "Version" tab in the "Preferences" window. Finally, you will need to choose the installation type that you want to use by clicking on the "Install" tab in the "Preferences" window.
